Returns and Exchanges
You can return or exchange your order within 14 days of purchase.
Please do not use the item you plan to return or exchange. The purchased item must be in its original condition: with tags, undamaged protective systems, with intact sewn labels and tags, not temporarily used (for example, for photo or video shooting), and without foreign odors.
Please note that the cost of shipping is paid by the buyer (except in cases of defects or errors made by the online store employees).
If the item does not fit in terms of color, size, style, or material - the online store is not responsible, and the cost of return shipping is paid by the buyer.
Shipments with return postage paid by the client cannot be accepted and considered.
RETURN OR EXCHANGE PROCEDURE:
- Inform us via direct Instagram message that you wish to proceed with an exchange or return.
- A manager will provide you with the address details and request your banking details for the refund.
- Upon receipt of the package, our manager will inspect the item for integrity, absence of defects, and signs of use. If the item meets all return conditions and rules, the information will be forwarded to the finance department for further processing.
- The refund processing procedure takes up to 7 business days from the receipt of the package by the manager.
