International Delivery

Delivery in Ukraine is carried out by the "Nova Poshta" company to the branch or address. The cost of delivery is paid by the client upon receipt according to the carrier`s tariffs. We process orders after full payment or a prepayment of 50% with cash on delivery at the post office (note, Nova Poshta commission is 2% + 20 UAH).
If you place an order with cash on delivery and refuse the goods upon receipt at the Nova Poshta branch, all costs associated with the return of the parcel are borne by the buyer (including delivery costs and cash on delivery commission), except in cases where the goods are received incorrectly.
Express delivery by taxi courier service in Kyiv is possible, the rate is calculated individually.
The delivery time for orders is, if the goods are in stock, on the day of the order or the next day.

Deliveries are carried out by "Ukrposhta", "Nova Poshta" or "EMS" to any country in the world except aggressor countries (Russia and Belarus).
You can place an order on the website or through a request in Instagram Direct / Viber / Telegram / Whatsapp.
Important‼️ The exact cost of delivery will be known after placing the order, as it depends on many factors: country, region, weight, packaging, terms. By default, the minimum cost of standard postal delivery, which depends on the recipient`s country, is set when placing the order. If you want to change the delivery method to express courier delivery, please inform the manager when confirming your order, and we will inform you of the updated delivery amount according to the carrier`s current rates and conditions. The standard postal delivery time varies depending on the country. On average, delivery takes 12-15 working days. The final delivery cost depends directly on the volumetric and actual weight of the order. A manager will contact you to clarify the delivery cost.
